Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using AlterAntiX (the "Software," the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use, including the Acceptable Use Policy (section 6) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

AlterAntiX is provided by SOFTPROX TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 63.643.557/0001-60 ("Softprox," "we," "us"), headquartered in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil.

2. What AlterAntiX is

AlterAntiX is an anti-detect browser: a desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux) that lets you create and manage multiple isolated browsing profiles, each with an independently configurable technical fingerprint and proxy.

The Software was built for legitimate uses, including — but not limited to — managing multiple digital-marketing accounts, agencies separating client accounts, QA testing, market research, and personal privacy protection.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 years of age or older, with full legal capacity, to use AlterAntiX. If you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials (login and master password) confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

4. License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment (where applicable), Softprox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use AlterAntiX, solely for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without Softprox's written authorization; remove proprietary notices; use the Software to build a competing product.

All intellectual property rights in the Software (code, trademarks, design, documentation) belong to Softprox or its licensors.

5. Plans, billing, and payment

The AlterAntiX license is sold in plans (Free, Pro, Business, etc.), with billing processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record (MoR) — the official seller of the license to you, responsible for payment processing and applicable taxes.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• Non-payment may result in automatic suspension of paid-plan features, reverting to the free plan where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This section is an integral and essential part of these Terms. Use of AlterAntiX is entirely your responsibility. Softprox provides a browser-profile management tool; it does not technically control or monitor most profile data (which is local and/or end-to-end encrypted — see our Privacy Policy) and does not endorse any specific use you make of the Software.

6.1 Permitted uses (illustrative, non-exhaustive)

• Managing multiple accounts — your own, or clients' under a legitimate contract — for digital marketing, paid traffic management, and social media;
• Separating professional and personal browsing identities;
• QA testing and software development requiring multiple isolated browser environments;
• Market research and public-data collection (scraping) within the bounds of the law and the target site's terms of use;
• Protecting personal privacy and reducing cross-site tracking.

6.2 Strictly prohibited uses

You may not use AlterAntiX, directly or indirectly, to:

• Engage in fraud of any kind, including financial fraud, ad/click fraud, affiliate fraud, scams, or phishing;
• Create fake accounts in bulk to deceive third parties, run scams, manipulate reviews/metrics in a misleading way, or spread coordinated disinformation;
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk content;
• Evade a block or ban imposed because of your own unlawful conduct, where the purpose is to continue that same unlawful conduct;
• Gain unauthorized access to third-party systems, accounts, or data (hacking, account takeover, credential stuffing);
• Harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of any person;
• Engage in money laundering, trafficking, exploitation or abuse of minors, terrorism financing, or any criminal activity under Brazilian law or any applicable jurisdiction's law;
• Willfully and intentionally violate third-party platforms' terms of use with the purpose of causing harm to those platforms, their users, or consumers;
• Distribute malware, carry out denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or engage in any activity that compromises third parties' security.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — any illegal activity is automatically prohibited even if not listed above.

6.3 Exclusive user responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accounts you create, manage, or access through the Software, for the content you publish, and for compliance with the terms of use of any third-party platform you access through AlterAntiX profiles. Softprox is not a party to your relationship with those platforms and assumes no responsibility for bans, suspensions, blocks, or penalties applied to you by third parties.

6.4 Enforcement and reporting

Softprox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with well-founded suspicion or evidence of a violation of this AUP, including in response to third-party reports, court orders, or evidence obtained from data not protected by end-to-end encryption (e.g., account/billing data). Because of the product's local-first and E2EE architecture (see Privacy Policy, section 3.3), Softprox generally has no technical visibility into the content of browsing profiles — enforcement of this AUP relies primarily on reports, account/billing data, and cooperation with authorities where legally required.

7. No warranty

AlterAntiX is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — but not limited to — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, Softprox does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with any specific third-party platform, or that it will avoid detection, blocking, banning, or restriction by any third-party service — third-party platforms continuously update their detection mechanisms, and no tool can guarantee a permanent result against that.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softprox, its partners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, loss of third-party accounts, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, Softprox's total liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the Software is limited to the amount you actually paid to Softprox/LemonSqueezy in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (e.g., damages caused by Softprox's willful misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection law applicable to your jurisdiction).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Softprox harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Software in violation of these Terms or the AUP; (b) your violation of third-party rights; or (c) any illegal activity carried out through your account.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription through LemonSqueezy and/or uninstalling the app from your device. Data stored locally remains your responsibility after uninstallation.

Softprox may suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice depending on severity, in cases of: violation of these Terms or the AUP; unresolved non-payment; a legal or administrative order; or risk to the security of other users or third parties. In case of termination for AUP violation, no pro-rated refund of amounts already paid applies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Software evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email with reasonable advance notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Software after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the courts of Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged — except for mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to your jurisdiction, which will prevail where legally mandatory.
